Ignorance is a bad business advisor
HMV ignores the fact the iPod owns more than 90% of the world market. Hilarious quote: "Products based around Windows are going to push up their market share. It is going to be important that the service is compatible with Microsoft." Aside of the stupid annotation in the last part of the line (it's like licking Microsoft's shoes, but after all HMV means His Masters Voice and the logo shows a dog...), the simple fact is distorted in the statement, that iPods are fully Windows compatible in the same way they work with Macs.
