My last search for a programmer brought some results, but not enough variety. Meanwhile, the demands of my current and future projects have expanded.

I am now looking for an experienced Flash designer who is capable to develop full featured media experiences similar to www.okaydave.com (example created by Dave Werner). I'm also still looking for an Ajax developer. (I'm fully aware that Ajax is not a technology itself but rather a combination of various technologies.) So let's talk.
