Wow, Windows without restart
Microsoft Touts Vista’s Restart Manager Feature:
Microsoft Corp. is working on a significant new feature for Windows Vista, known as Restart Manager, which is designed to update parts of the operating system or applications without having to reboot the entire machine.Wow. Considering the fact this feature has been part of the Mac OS in the past couple of years, you may ask yourself Isn’t that how it ought to be? Reading news threads like this I keep wondering why Microsofts Vista, if not highly anticipated, still is anticipated at all.
